Lease Terms
We offer flexible lease terms 3, 6 & 12 month months. At the end of any lease term, the lease shall automatically continue on a month-to-month basis, or you may have the option of signing another 3, 6 or 12-month lease. Whenever a resident decides to vacate, the resident must submit a thirty (30)-day written notice prior to vacating.
